A: If Erewash Borough Council has recovered the cost of the 4th and
the 11th of September 2006 clean up operation to remove substantial
fly tipping on private land located at the rear of Wentworth
Street, Ilkeston.

B: The actual cost to Erewash Borough Council to clear and remove
this fly tipping from private land located at the rear of Wentworth
Street, Ilkeston.

I would also be grateful for copies of any documents in relation to
my query.

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

Having consulted with our Neighbourhood Services Directorate I am advised that the cost of the clean up operation to remove fly tipping on private land located at the rear of Wentworth Street, Ilkeston undertaken 4 -11 September 2006 was £3,000. I can further inform you no costs have been recovered by the Council.
